Your Best In Class Benchmark(TM) Session Includes: - Kick off session to lay the foundation and meet the team - Appropriate leadership and team member interviews, conducted confidentially and 1-on-1 - A review of your company's/team's habits and practices (Example: all documented processes will be reviewed) - An expert analysis of your overall approach and how it stacks up against the top ten success factors that help the best in the world consistently generate significant growth - A final report detailing where you're excelling, where you're on par, and where you can grow stronger. Next steps and actions will be made clear and you'll have plenty of time for Q&A. - One 30-minute follow up with one of our idea experts three weeks after the delivery of your final report to help make sure you're moving forward and finding success. IMPORTANT NOTE: the total time spent creating your Best In Class Benchmark is 12-15 hours. The 1.5 hours noted here represents the initial kick off session only. When you purchase this service you will be required to schedule your kick off session. Please be prepared to select a date/time that's best.
