In 14 days (or less) we gather and test all your ideas, providing you with a complete understanding of what ideas you have and each idea's potential for success. There's no faster way to cut through the politics and games that can take place when it comes to improvement and growth activities. Think of the powerful conversations you and your team can have when you have all the ideas in front of you PLUS independent feedback on each idea's potential PLUS an expert-based recommendation for moving forward. The Idea Inventory(TM) Service Includes: - A one-hour kick off session by phone or video chat - Access to our online testing system so your team can quickly and easily submit your ideas (note: we can input your ideas for an additional fee if your team is overbooked - Testing of up to 40 of your ideas (if your team has more than 40 ideas, additional ideas can be tested at a discounted rate) - Review of your idea tests results by three of our experts - Prioritization (based on scores) PLUS an action plan based on our expert's assessment - A one-hour session by phone or video chat to review your results and our recommendations IMPORTANT NOTE: the total time spent creating your Idea Inventory is 10-12 hours. The 1 hour noted here represents the initial kick off session only. When you purchase this service you will be required to schedule your kick off session. Please be prepared to select a date/time that's best. Changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Separate instructions will be provided for scheduling your results delivery call/video.
